Highly verbal children
Families already receiving school/therapy support
Children and families who need specialized coaching for day-to-day problems
My services are not a great fit for: Children who are nonverbal or primarily use AAC to communicate; Children with behavioral needs that require intensive, safety-based, or 1:1 clinical intervention
I work with a wide range of everyday challenges that can feel overwhelming for kids and families—especially when things are harder at home than they appear at school or in structured settings.
Examples include:
School avoidance or difficulty getting out the door
Anxiety around social situations, performance, or new experiences
Big emotional reactions (tantrums, meltdowns, shutdowns)
Trouble with flexibility, transitions, or changes in plans
Power struggles, pushback, or difficulty following expectations
Sibling conflict and family stress around routines
Executive functioning challenges (organization, task initiation, follow-through)
Emotional regulation and coping skill development
Building independence with daily routines
Many of the families I work with already have supports in place through school or therapy. My role is to help these skills and strategies translate into real life—so things feel more manageable, consistent, and sustainable at home and in the community.
I offer support in your home, virtually, and when appropriate, in collaboration with your child’s therapist or other providers.
Once you submit a request for services, I’ll reach out to determine whether I’m a good fit for your child and your goals.
We’ll begin with an intake appointment (2–3 hours), where I:
Talk with you and your child
Learn about your current supports and challenges
Observe routines or situations when possible
Clarify your goals and priorities
After the intake, I collaborate with your child’s existing providers (with your consent) to ensure alignment.
Within two weeks, you’ll receive a written plan outlining:
Key patterns I’m seeing
Practical, individualized strategies
A clear path forward for your family
If you move into ongoing coaching, we’ll meet weekly or every other week to:
Troubleshoot real-life challenges as they come up
Adjust and refine strategies
Build your confidence and consistency
As things become more manageable and you feel more confident, sessions naturally decrease in frequency.
When appropriate, I may also meet directly with your child to support goal-setting and skill development.
Most families choose a package so we can move beyond quick fixes and create meaningful, lasting change with consistent support.
Intake + written plan: $500
(Includes recommendations you can use in coaching sessions for up to 8 weeks)
Parent coaching package: $1,000
(6 sessions)
Therapist consultation: $50 per 30-minute session
School consultation: $100 per hour, billed at a 30 minute increment
Full package: $1,300
(Intake, written plan, 1 therapist consultation, and 6 coaching sessions)
I am a private-pay service and do not bill insurance. This allows me to provide flexible, individualized support and collaborate more freely with families and providers. If needed, I can provide detailed receipts for services that some families are able to submit for FSA or HSA reimbursement. I recommend checking with your plan provider to determine what is eligible.
No. I work with children based on their needs, not just a diagnosis. Many families I work with are in the process of seeking answers or already have supports in place. As a result of our Intake appointment, I may suggest other support options to explore which could include clinical evaluation, educational evaluation, medical considerations, and other forms of therapy.
Yes—with your consent, I regularly collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other providers to help ensure everyone is working toward the same goals.
This varies, but most families work with me for several months as we build, practice, and adjust strategies. My goal is not long-term dependency, but helping you feel confident and equipped to handle challenges independently.
I primarily work with parents and caregivers, since that’s where the most meaningful and lasting change happens. When appropriate, I also work directly with children to support specific goals.
